The  2021  vintage  marks  the  9th  growing  season at  our  home, Duhig Ranch. The alchemy of soil, soul and farming was effortless in the 2021 DUHIG Cabernet. With just over a year of bottle age already, it is drinking exquisitely. The expression of character provides a sensual bridge between dark fruit, compote and luxuriously textured tannins. A supple entry expands across the palate, taking you on a pleasurable journey.

Fresh citrus and pear notes lace together the vibrant texture and minerality of this Albarino white wine grown in the Suisun Valley.

In an effort to preserve the integrity of the fruit character and to encourage the expression of the Suisun Valley, minimal vinification interventions were elected.

The visual translucent ruby with vibrant strawberry & raspberry tones open up wildly to candied cherry, wild strawberry, dried rose petal, and subtle baking spice.
The real drama unfolds on the palate as juicy, creamy and expressive. Red fruits lead, supported by plushy soft tannins and a gentle warmth that leaves you longing for more.Smooth, fresh, and quietly persistent it’s a wine that meant for full glasses of friendship, front porches and backyard enjoyment.

Serving: Slightly chilled (55–58°F). Pairs beautifully with grilled chicken or fish, roasted vegetables, or a curated cheese board.

The immediate luminosity is a visual cue that this is going to be a delicious, saturating sip. as the aromatics of citrus blossom, white peach, & crushed seashell lift from the glass the mouthfeel and flavors enter brightly, clean, and with precision. Layers citrus zest, stone fruit, and saline minerality unfold with energy and focus.
